Strand's Cafe makes the most delicious Pavlova! How wonderful to serve at an event, and yes they do cater! It's a meringue-based dessert with a crisp crust and soft inner, named after the Russian ballet dancer Anna Pavlova. It's believed to have been created in honour of her either during or after one of her tours to Australia and New Zealand in the 1920s! You have got to try this ASAP! YUM! Happy Tuesday! xoxo, Julie
