Tulle Netting

I love Tulle Netting Ribbon-Sized Rolls! I use it on so many things! Just about everything really! It is inexpensive ($3-$5 a roll at craft stores), and looks good with a gazillion things. From the most beautiful fairy-tale dress to the simplest bow on a gift, Tulle really is a dream fabric. It comes in all colors and I especially love the glitter rolls! Oh, and a little history on it: The name comes from Tulle, a city in the southern central region of France. Tulle was well known as a center of lace and silk production in the 18th century, and early tulle netting probably originated in this French city. Tulle netting certainly appeared earlier in Parisian ballet costume than in most other nations, suggesting that tulle netting may have been more readily available there than elsewhere. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulle_netting  Happy Friday! xoxo, Julie
