Today is National Ice Cream Day and to celebrate I'm dedicating this post to making your own Ice Cream Sundae Bar! Ice Cream Bars are affordable, and you can really go all out with several different kinds of cones, cookies, brownies, toppings and ice creams. We made an impromptu one yesterday and it was super cute! I even had old fashioned mason glass jars tied with ribbon for pink lemonade. I've seen ice cream bars at all kinds of events, from kids birthdays, sorority parties, hotel afternoon breaks during corporate meetings, fundraisers and even right next to the ice sculpture at a wedding! Love it! Happy Monday! xoxo, Julie
